We reserve the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the films, audio recordings and/or photographs from all events within classes, community meetups and offered services, in any media without first obtaining the consent of the participants and without making any payment whatsoever for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes.  Any participant attending classes or programs waives their intellectual property rights to any photographs taken and/or published in a manner described here.
